Where does Friday's Dog ship?

Friday’s Dog ships everywhere in the contiguous United States at this time. We’re hoping to reach our fellow canines in Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico in the near future. Remember bundles ship free and orders over $50 qualify for free shipping.

How much does shipping cost?

Pricing is tiered based on cart size. Bundles and orders over $50.00 ship free to the contiguous USA. For orders under $50.00 our standard shipping is a tiered fee from $4.95-$9.95 for domestic orders.

When will I receive my order?

We opted for a delivery courier that averages complete deliveries within five days from pick up. While we want you and your dog to experience that Friday feeling as soon as possible, some unexpected and unplanned events can lead to delays or if your dog lives far outside city delivery zones it may take up to 10 business days for your package to be delivered.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

No. Unfortunately not at this time.

How can I change my shipping address?

If your order is shipping to an incorrect address, please email bark@fridaysdog.com or call us at 1 800-454-0364 as soon as possible. Orders are processed every 12-36 hours and if your order has been printed preventing it from taking off is about as easy to stop a dog off-leash faced with a squirrel who stole their treats (not very easy at all). But we’ll do our best to correct to get you that Friday feeling as soon as possible.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If we're able to catch it in time, you bet! First try to cancel your order on your account dashboard on our website and then please send an email to bark@fridaysdog.com with the Subject: “CANCEL”.We can update your order if you reach out to bark@fridaysdog.com or call 1 800-454-0364 but only within a short window of time so please hurry...

How can I check the status of my order?

We all know that feeling … to fetch a ball as soon as it’s in the air, we get it. While we understand the compulsion to chase after it, after your order confirmation email, once your order ships, you’ll receive an email notification which will provide a link to order tracking details.Occasionally, the carrier takes 1-3 business days to provide tracking info upon shipping. If you still have questions after this time has elapsed, give us a whistle at bark@fridaysdog.com.

What payment methods does Friday's Dog accept?

Most major credit cards, PayPal, and Google Pay. All payment is collected via Shopify Payments.

What’s your exchange, return and refund policy?

While we want to ensure you and your dog get that Friday feeling all day every day, returns and exchanges for our current product lines are not possible.But know we want to do right by you too. So, please reach out with your proof of purchase, a photo of the items you received and the issue you would like to resolve to our team at bark@fridaysdog.com or complete our contact form to see how we can get you some of that Friday feeling.Please note that Friday’s Dog does not refund the original or return shipping costs.Please be aware that Friday’s Dog reserves the right to refuse or modify refunds in cases of excessive use or abuse.

What's your Tail Wagging Guarantee?

We offer our Tail Wagging Guarantee on all our products. This may vary by product line, but the bottom line is we want you and your dog to get that Friday feeling all year round!While we know wear and tear can be expected with some of our products, we do not currently accept returns or exchanges for any of our product lines. Please note that our warranty is a Manufacturer's Warranty and is non-transferrable, applicable to the original purchaser.But, seeing how sometimes the occasional oddity can happen, we want to hear about a product you feel is lacking in that Friday feeling.You can give us a whistle at bark@fridaysdog.com or call us at 1 800-454-0364 M-F 8AM-9PM ET.

Where can I buy Friday’s Dog products?

For now, our starting product lines are available exclusively through our website. But we won’t sit for long and will soon be available on Amazon as well as more partnerships to come!

Treats

What is the shelf life for your treats?

Well, if they last more than 30 days after opening, we recommend eating them soon before another dog sneaks some (and also to maintain the quality of freshness we think dogs deserve).Unopened, our treats are vacuum sealed and last anywhere from one year to three years depending on the formula. We’re all about the pure and premium ingredients so the “best by” date labelled on the individual treat bag will help guide you.

Are your treats suitable for dogs in all life stages?

It's a good idea for puppies to be at least 8-10 weeks old before tasting treats of any kind, but you’ll be pleased to learn our treats are ideal as premium ingredient, teeth-cleaning, and tasty bribes for puppyhood and beyond!If you have any specific concerns, we encourage you to contact your veterinarian.
